BATTERY CHARGES INSIDE LIGHT
COAST ZITHION™  non-ported rechargeable batteries are built to charge from within your COAST light using a COAST charging system. 

BATTERY CHARGING LEVEL INDICATOR
Check the status of your batteries charge level with our built-in charge level indicator. (Solid red) when charging, (solid green) when fully charged. 

BATTERY LIFE INDICATOR
Know when to power back up—with a battery-life indicator, you can always know when your battery needs to be recharged.

BUILT-IN USB-C PORT
With a built-in USB-C port, your battery can be charged using a USB-C cord. Some COAST models can be charged both inside or outside the light.

HARDHAT COMPATIBLE
Rugged enough for the outside of the hardhat. COAST headlamps with Hardhat Compatible design include clips for attaching the light to the hat.

HINGED BEAM
Up, down, or straight ahead. All COAST headlamps feature a hinged, tilting head so that you can adjust the light’s direction and see right where you’re looking.

LIGHT CONTROL WHEEL
Dial in your light output. COAST’s patent-pending variable light-control system puts you in control of your headlamp’s beam intensity, with a rotating sensor knob that detects a magnetic field inside the headlamp bezel.

RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
Power up on your terms with a recharging system that connects to standard outlets and ports.

STORM PROOF

Dial your light to get it just right. The RL20R rechargeable headlamp features Variable Light Control technology that allows you to brighten or dim the light to match the situation perfectly. Two independently controlled beams—an Ultra View Flood Beam and BULLS-EYE™ Spot Beam—combine to shine 1000 lumens when the dial is all the way up. Intuitive, independent controls on top of the light body add red and green LED options to your lighting possibilities. At the back of the head strap, the integrated COAST ZITHION™ rechargeable battery pack features a rear-facing safety signal that shines in solid red or flashing red with its own on/off switch. The headlamp’s Rechargeable Plus power system can receive a booster battery pack (sold separately) that snaps into position on top of the integrated battery—allowing twice the run time for long shifts or convenience in off-grid locations. Monitor the battery life indicator to know when you to need to plug in and recharge via USB-C. Constructed of top-grade materials, the RL20R is IP54 water-resistant and dust-resistant
