【網店】會員積分計劃 Membership Bonus Points Program - EShop

客人於毅成戶外用品網店購物，即可賺取積分，換取金額回贈或心儀禮品獎賞。

會員類別：
1. 訪客 (Guest)：無分數下限
2. 基本會員 (Normal Member)：賺 500分 (即消費滿 HK $500)
3. VIP：賺 3000分 (即消費滿 HK $3,000)

網店積分如何運作：
1. 客人不需建立帳戶即可儲積分，每消費 HK$ 1 可獲取 1 分，亦可透過指定途徑賺取積分；惟兌換積分當錢使則需以購物時登記的同一電郵激活帳戶，積分結餘會顯示在激活後的帳戶頁面上。
2. 回贈金額為 2% : 即是 100分 就等於 HK$2，可用於訂單上，即減相應金額。
3. 一經建立帳戶，即送積分和即時儲分。
4. 賺取的積分可換取訂單電子現金券，該券有效期為發出日起計 1 年，並可於下次購物時使用，同一訂單最多使用 3 張電子現金券 / 會員 VIP 優惠碼。
5. 禮品換購: 會員可用積分換購指定禮品。換購禮品會不時更換，請與我們查詢有關詳情。
6. 所有 EShop 積分會於每年的 12 月 31 日到期，並於翌年 1 月 1 日重新計算。
7. 網店會員積分與實體店會員積分是不相通的，是兩個獨立運作的積分計劃。

網店積分計劃使用條款及細則：
1. 回贈金額、換領之禮品和所有積分只屬登記之會員所有，不可轉到朋友賬戶，如非登記之會員恕不接受換領。
2. 為保障客人利益，請勿透露網上帳戶資料予其他人。
3. 獎賞(包括禮品／現金禮券)一經換領，便不得更換、補發、轉讓或退回現金或積分。
4. 凡退款訂單中賺取的積分於相關帳戶中扣除。
5. 關於累積積分或換取禮品之舞弊或濫用情況，均可能導致已累積之積分作廢，甚至會員戶口被取消。
6. 毅成戶外用品保留於任何時間更改本計劃的條款及細則的權利。
7. 毅成戶外用品有全權決定所有有關本計劃之參加資格、積分累積或換取禮品的問題或爭議。

Customers can earn points by shopping at RC Outfitters Official EShop, which can be redeemed for cashback or desired gifts.

Member Type：
1. Guest: No minimum points required
2. Normal Member: Earn 500 points (equivalent to spending HK$500 or more)
3. VIP: Earn 3000 points (equivalent to spending HK$3,000 or more)

How Online Store Points Work:
1. Customers can accumulate points without creating an account. They earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent, and can also earn points through designated methods. However, to redeem points for cash, the account must be activated using the same email address registered at the time of purchase. The points balance will be displayed on the activated account page.
2. Cashback at 2%: 100 points equals HK$2, which can be used to deduct the corresponding amount from orders.
3. Points are awarded upon account creation and are instantly added to the account.
4. Earned points can be redeemed for e-cash vouchers for orders. These vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be used on the next purchase. A maximum of 3 e-cash vouchers / Member VIP discount codes can be used per order.
5. Gift Redemption: Members can use points to redeem selected gifts. Gifts available for redemption may change from time to time; please contact us for details.
6. All online store member bonus points expire on December 31st of each year and recalculated on January 1st of the following year.
7. Online store member bonus points and physical store member bonus points are separated and operated independently.

Online Store Points Program Terms and Conditions：
1. Rewards, redeemed gifts, and all points belong solely to the registered member and cannot be transferred to a friend's account. Redemption will not be accepted for non-registered members.
2. To protect customer interests, please do not disclose your online account information to others.
3. Once redeemed, rewards (including gifts/cash vouchers) cannot be exchanged, reissued, transferred, or refunded.
4. Points earned on refunded orders will be deducted from the relevant account.
5. Any fraud or abuse regarding points accumulation or gift redemption may result in the forfeiture of accumulated points and even the cancellation of the member's account.
6. RC Outfitters reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this program at any time.
7. RC Outfitters reserves the right to make all decisions or resolve any issues or disputes relating to eligibility for participation in this program, points accumulation, or gift redemption.
