使用方法
‧將木片放入煙燻料盤中,加熱少許木片,確認冒煙後即可進行燻製。**若已燃起火焰,請將火焰熄滅僅需煙霧來作為煙燻使用。
‧一把煙燻木片約可使用15分鐘。(根據火力和周遭自然環境會有所差異)
‧需要補充木片時,請記得先關掉火源並將灰燼清除,再放入新木片。**若未將灰燼清理乾淨可能會附著於食物上。
‧木片中可加入粗砂糖一同燻製,可使上色效果佳、食物更美味。
注意事項
‧因熱源與木片同時都具有熱度,加熱時請注意溫度上升狀況。
‧使用時請勿讓孩童靠近,避免發生危險。
‧燻製過程中請勿將木片從煙燻箱中取出。
‧請確認木片灰燼皆已熄滅再丟棄。
‧請勿將本品用於煙燻用途以外之處。
