Use
For the 3 days before the competition:
Every day, dissolve 150 g of ANTIOXIDANT MALTO in 1.5 L of water and sip throughout the day
ANTIOXIDANT MALTO does not contain any preservatives and should be consumed on the same day it is prepared.
Dose:
7.5 level doses (1 dose = 20 g) dissolved in 1.5 L of water.

Quantity prepared:
Box of 450 g = minimum 4.5 L of prepared drink
