At Nite Ize, we believe that any product deserves an improvement, even if it’s too small or too basic. Case in point: the classic, versatile carabiner. We took a close look at this ubiquitous device and saw two great opportunities to make it more effective. We designed an innovative slide-lock feature that securely locks the door with a simple push-pull motion, and unlocks it just as easily.
In addition, we ditched the bulky tubular structure for a rectangular cross-section body that’s durable, low-profile, and thin; it’s easier to fit through smaller openings and lay flat in a pocket. The SlideLock carabiner is available in stainless steel and colored aluminum, and in a variety of sizes to make it easy to carry a variety of items.
