使用說明
先在爐具上依序放上隔熱板、烤盤，以料理刷在烤盤上塗上食用油後，大火加熱五分鐘，後調整至小火，放上食材直接燒烤，不需再塗抹烤肉醬，待烤熟後再盛盤調味即可。若擔心油汙滴落，可用錫箔紙置於爐具下方。使用完畢，可用金屬鍋鏟將焦黑處刮除，再以清水沖洗即可。（請勿使用清潔劑）

溫馨提示
‧烤盤必須與隔熱板一起使用。若未裝置隔熱板，烤盤可能會使瓦斯罐溫度升高而引發危險，輻射熱也可能導致桌子損壞。
‧使用中及使用後的烤盤溫度非常高，請勿直接碰觸，避免發生危險。
‧請務必待烤盤冷卻後再行清洗，避免瞬間冷熱變化太大，導致熔岩石破裂。
‧請以清水或溫熱水沖洗烤盤即可。請勿使用清潔劑清洗烤盤，因清潔劑會附著於熔岩石上，待下次使用時，可能會沾染於食材上。
‧洗淨後請風乾、保持乾燥，再收納即可。

Instructions for use
First put the heat insulation board and the baking pan on the stove in sequence, use the cooking brush to coat the baking pan with cooking oil, heat it on high heat for 5 minutes, then adjust to low heat, put the ingredients on the grill, and do not need to apply the barbecue again. Sauce, and then serve on a plate for seasoning. If you are worried about oil dripping, you can use tin foil under the stove. After use, use a metal spatula to scrape off the charred part, and then rinse with clean water. (do not use detergent)

Reminder
‧Baking trays must be used with heat shields. Without a heat shield, the pan can dangerously increase the temperature of the gas tank, and the radiant heat can damage the table.
‧The temperature of the baking pan during and after use is very high, please do not touch it directly to avoid danger.
‧Be sure to wait until the pan is cooled before cleaning, to avoid sudden changes in temperature and heat, which may cause the lava stone to crack.
‧Please rinse the pan with water or lukewarm water. Do not use detergent to clean the baking pan, because the detergent will adhere to the lava stone, which may be stained on the ingredients when you use it next time.
‧After washing, please air dry, keep dry, and then store it.
